Return Policy

  • Please contact sales@qstarz.com to apply, and confirm with us before sending.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from here can be returned.
  • Device after initial setting, software, driver disc, or damaged items are not eligible for refunds. Exchange for the same item only. If the part of the bundle package is returned, the remaining parts will be charged at the full price.
  • Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the accessories.
  • Please note that 25% restocking fee will be charged to returns with incomplete or damaged package and additional fee will be charged for missing accessories.
  • All returns must be sent to us at the Original Owner's expense.
  • Once we confirm the device is passed the return policy, we will contact bank to start refund process.
